A clear path from problem to resolution.
Report service, payment, account, safety or privacy issues and HARBODE will create a case, review the evidence and keep you updated.
1. Start a case
Use “Report a problem” in your booking where available, or contact us with your booking reference, a short description and relevant photos or video. Never send a password, one-time code or full card number.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge the case and assign a reference.
- We review the booking timeline, messages, payment status and evidence.
- Where appropriate, we pause payout or location sharing while the issue is assessed.
- We give both customer and professional a fair opportunity to respond.
- We communicate the outcome, remedy and any next step.
3. Response targets
Support hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00–18:00 WAT, excluding public holidays. Targets are goals, not guaranteed resolution times.
4. Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts and applicable rights, outcomes may include guidance, a corrected record, rematch, return visit, partial or full refund, payment release, account restriction or referral to the appropriate authority.
5. Escalation and emergencies
Ask for an operations review if you disagree with the first outcome. Privacy complaints may also be taken to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, and consumer complaints to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. HARBODE is not an emergency service; for an immediate threat to life or property, contact the relevant emergency authority.
