Is HARBODE only an artisan-booking app?+
No. Booking verified professionals is one part of HARBODE. The larger product is Home Memory™—a living record of appliances, warranties, maintenance, service evidence and home-care spending.
Can I see available professionals before registering?+
Yes. The public directory shows professionals who are approved and currently marked Available, together with their registered specialty, declared coverage, verified-job rating and starting call-out fee. Registration is required before a private request or booking is created.
How are professionals shown to customers?+
Only professionals with an approved customer-visible verification status and Available selected can appear. HARBODE then filters by the requested specialty and the service areas declared by each professional.
Does HARBODE store my card details?+
No. Flutterwave handles payment details. HARBODE stores the payment reference, amount and verified status needed to manage the booking and professional payout.
What happens if a completed job has a problem?+
Report it from the booking or contact HARBODE Support. Messages, approved quotes, status changes and before-and-after evidence help the support team review what happened.
Is the Home Health percentage a technical certificate?+
No. It is an understandable care indicator based on the home information and service records available to HARBODE. A qualified professional still makes the final diagnosis.
